The Art Souterrain Festival is an art exhibition set in Montréal, based on the theme “Reset”. A reset button illustration was created as a direct reference to the statements, “reset and start a new world”, the Festival’s 12th edition raises. The fine line drawing and illustration style is an ode to posters from the 1930s and revives the utopian and dystopian nature of the theme itself. A gradation of bright red was used to illustrate the tension associated with the theme and increase the festival’s visibility.
